We found the food very tasty and varied, the selection for the teppanyaki was really good, many kinds of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables and sauces. For the use of the buffet there was also mandatory disposable gloves for every guest in addition to the mask requirement, well solved. There is a star deduction for the not so great service, we waited a long time for the plates to be cleared, which was only done when asked.

Dehydration !!!!! The water cost is worse than today's gasoline prices. They do not rise and fall, but they are higher than the rent for an apartment building with Donald Trump as a pet. My compane and I were almost desperate because we couldn't cover the costs for water or any liquid. Only after we ordered our first drink did we notice the merciless and ruthless exploitation on our part. Then we knew what to expect ... Take water from all kinds of objects. Since we were so bothered by thirst, we tried to take the glass to the toilet and fill it up there. But on our way to the bathroom, we were stopped in an epic manner by a staff member. He probably didn't want his Mafia drug and liquid company exposed. We crawled sadly back to our 2-place cave and ordered 1 more water. Although we knew that this would mean our bankruptcy, we accepted it and shared it with stingy gulps. The feeling of running cold water down his throat ... The food wasn't good at all, some things were cold. The fruits were old, and so was the ice cream. Not recommendable.

We had reserved a table and got there a little earlier. It was disappointing that the desired table was not available. We were then accommodated in a remote location. The table was not not cleared from the previous guests and had to be cleaned first. For that it wasn't crowded there for me. The buffet was open. For this we were given gloves and of course with a mask. The offer was stripped down, so not like before Corona. Unfortunately, the price has not been adjusted for it either. There are only 3 stars because the cocktails didn't taste good and we had to wait a long time for the service.

Really a shame, we had dinner there today on Sunday and had an offer like lunch during the week, but at Sunday prices! We would not have expected something like this from the Asia Palast. On the grill everything was seasoned with pepper and fried dry. The tea was bitter and tasted like hay. A real shame! But I hope that the palace in Hanau will open again soon and that the quality will be like last year or will be improved.

Big catastrophe!!!!! We were guests in the Asia Palast for the last time. We were served raw meat that was only noticed when we were eating it and the marinade was scratched off, the salad was inedible and the buffet had shrunk by half, but the full price was still charged. We had reserved a table for 5 p.m. and were served the leftovers from the lunch buffet -> it looked accordingly. Hygiene was a complete disaster, the floor was completely glued, the toilets were hell and at the tables there were still some leftovers from the guests who were guests at lunchtime.

Ate at Asia yesterday on 8/9/2020. Little choice, the food was carelessly filled in the containers and the taste was very disappointing. The price for the quality is not justified. That was now the 2x. We're definitely not coming anymore

Our favorite restaurant! I definitely recommend visiting ... everything is very tasty and the prices are pleasing. Buffet from 16 euros per person plus drinks separately. Variety, quality and quantity, will delight you?

The food was really mega, but the staff has often stood almost right next to you, which makes you feel a little "observed". When my 2 colleagues wanted to smoke one and had to get out, this was not allowed ...

Rude waitress + burned Mongolian Teppanyaki. We always eat here before since we are from Asia and mostly craves for Asian foods, especially seafoods. Before, their Mongolian Teppanyaki, the special service where the customers will choose the ingredients and they will cook the food, is great. But now, the quality has gone low. For the last few months that we ate here, the noodles and some seafoods are always burned that it got so brown, crispy and inedible. It was such a waste! I think they should replace the cook for the Teppanyaki. My husband even saw him using phone when he passes on that area. Maybe that's why the food is burnt. Also, just this month for our recent visit, the waitress is not very nice. We are still eating desserts when she came, took the wooden clips with number from our table while we are still eating while mumbling something in German but she sounded complaining or unhappy. These clips are for the Mongolian Teppanyaki, when you send the food for cooking. I think this shows no respect since we are still in the table, eating. And then when she's leaving, she said a loud "Tsk". We didn't even know what's her problem and we didn't even say anything to her since we are educated people. Me and my husband just talked about it after she left and wonder why she acts like that. Before, the uncle who's a waiter there is very nice and make jokes all the time. It's a big let down that the uncle is not there anymore and was replaced by the mean waitress. Most of the foods are still great, especially the desserts. I just hope they will improve their service especially about their staffs.

So many flies especially at the seafoods area of the buffet! Felt like i was eating at a cheap eatery downtown somewhere in asia. We had to keep shooing away the flies while eating. So disgusting.

Very large buffet restaurant, with many covers. Wide choice of dishes, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai and various. Quick service, bring the drink and change the dishes. The dishes range from fish, meat and vegetables. I would say all good on average, then it's subjective. Price in Chinese standard.

It is all for show - the buffee food was tasteless, slightly cold but looked nice. Tepanyaki was better but should you really need to make your own food?

Food was average, stale salad was served. Staff was a bit rude. Overall a bad experience.

To eat buffet, I can recommend it. However, the food is sometimes no longer really hot, but only lukewarm. Nevertheless, it is good in taste, in my opinion. Plenty of space available, so also suitable for larger groups.
